What is Systematic Kinesiology?
In a world increasingly seeking holistic and preventative approaches to health, Systematic Kinesiology stands out as a gentle yet powerful method for uncovering and addressing the root causes of imbalances in the body.Described as a “whole-person” approach, this unique modality combines principles of chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, and emotional work, all through the body’s own biofeedback system.
Muscle testing
Through gentle muscle testing, practitioners access the body’s biofeedback system, enabling them to assess the function of the lymphatic, vascular, and digestive systems, among others. The information gained helps identify which body systems need support. Muscle testing is non-invasive, immediate, and personal. The body essentially tells the practitioner what it needs to heal and repair naturally.
The four pillars of health
Systematic Kinesiology works with four interrelated pillars of health to provide a truly holistic approach:
1. Mental/emotional: mind, stress, trauma, feelings, emotions, attitude.
2. Chemical: food, water, medications, chemicals, pollution, preservatives.
3. Physical structure: bones, muscles, tendons, posture, exercise, rest, sleep.
4. Energetical: acupuncture points (meridians), aura, chi.
This approach is unique among complementary therapies. Addressing all four pillars helps get to the root cause of symptoms rather than simply masking them.
Techniques used in Systematic Kinesiology
Nutritional support: natural supplements and dietary adjustments following food testing.
Emotional support: gentle methods to release stored emotional tension, tapping, Bach flower remedies.
Lymphatic massage: stimulating lymphatic reflex points to boost natural immunity.
Energy balancing: working with acupressure points non-invasively.
Structural corrections: specific muscle massage to restore alignment and ease tension.
Whether you’re managing a persistent health issue or simply want to feel more like yourself again, Systematic Kinesiology offers the insight and support to unlock your body’s natural healing potential.
